With the user's consent, data may also be used for marketing purposes and will be stored for the necessary period to expire the civil-law and public-law claims related to the performance of specific services and agreements.
The user has the right to access their data, correct them, delete data, restrict processing, object to processing, transfer data, and file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Providing personal data (including at least name and surname, residential and/or delivery address, email address, contact phone number, NIP if the user wants to receive an invoice) is voluntary. However, not providing personal data necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude and properly execute the Agreement.
Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken regarding website users for the provision of services under the concluded agreement and for direct marketing by the Administrator.
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations, meaning they will not be sent outside the European Union.
